To access the SeriesInfo Database, install and run Recorded TV Manager 3 and then select SeriesInfo... from the Tools menu.
The SeriesInfo Database keeps track of all series recordings, even after they have been deleted. See Populating the SeriesInfo Database.
Select the series name from the drop-down list.

Check on play
If you watch a recording using the Play function in Recorded TV Manager 3 or using the Recorded TV Manager Media Center Add-in, the episode will be automatically checked if this option is checked. This option is series-specific and always defaults to unchecked.
Apply to all episodes
Use this toggle all episodes to checked or not checked.
When the software is installed, the SeriesInfo Database (and the series name list) will be empty.
After adding folders to the Folder List, close the Console and then restart it. Whenever the Console starts it will scan all the folders in the Folder List and verify series information for all current recordings. Thus, the next time you run the Console it will initially populate the SeriesInfo Database with all your current recordings.
When the AutoCopy Service is running, new recordings (and series) will be automatically added to the SeriesInfo Database whenever a Create event is fired.
Recorded TV Manager 3 also verifies and updates the SeriesInfo database whenever it starts.
Important: The Media Center Add-in does not directly update the SeriesInfo database. Instead, the software issues "Series Info Update" requests, which are processed by the AutoCopy service on the Host. That service refreshes on 15 minute intervals, so changes to the SeriesInfo database may take upwards of 15 minutes before being reflected in the Media Center Add-in interface.
