Watching CSI: Miami on NFL Sunday Night
This past Sunday, CBS had a double-header game so it was likely that the CBS primetime lineup would start late. I have CSI: Miami on series record, and manually added the local news following CSI and also the show after that. Good thing because CSI didn't start until almost 11pm.
With Stitch, I can play them as a unit, starting with the 10pm recording. Fast-forward the 10pm recording to the start of CSI and then let it play through all 3 recordings automatically. When CSI ends (almost 20 minutes into the third recording) I can delete them all at the same time.
For sporting events, record the game and 1 or 2 shows after, in case the game goes long. Then you can watch the game in its entirety and delete all the recordings at once.
When recording two shows in a row on the same channel, often the beginning of the second show is on the end of the first. With Stitch you can watch them consecutively and then delete them both at the same time.
Record and play the kid's shows as a unit and then delete them as a unit.
