I was able to figure out what the problem was and have it working now. My QNAP NAS had anonymous access enabled for the share, but I just finished upgrading the firmware in it and then recreated the share and it is working now. Below is a link from their support site for setting up anonymous access if other users run into the problem, I had used this but it did not work until the firmware upgrade:
